At Currumbin Bakehouse we use Organic Australian flours and ingredients to produce wholesome sourdough breads & cookies. Our breads are fermented for 18-24 hours which helps breakdown gluten and carbs making it lower GI and easier on digestion.
Bread is our passion. Our bread is 18 hour slow-fermented, made with organic & sustainable flour. House Sourdough, House Olive & House Fruit, available in store, the Village Market & by pre-order.
We use the same 18 hour slow-fermented sourdough base for our delicious home style cookies. Available in Chocolate chip, Double chocolate, Macadamia white chocolate peanut butter, Oatmeal raisin, Chocolate pecan & Coconut milk chocolate.
Sourdough Bread & Cookies require time to develop. We rest our breads & Cookies overnight in a cold environment before baking and therefore we are currently not offering same day delivery.
We've recently made changes to our home delivery. Our shop is now open in currumbin at 31 currumbin creek road, 7am - 1pm Tuesday - Saturday. Therefore, we won't be offering any AM deliveries. If you can't make it to our shop between 7am - 1pm, please send us a message and we'll try to arrange delivery after 2pm weekdays.
If you have a cookie craving on the weekend, you can find us at the Village Market in Burleigh Heads every 2nd Sunday
·Our Sourdough Breads & Cookies will be delivered in paper bags and therefore will require a sheltered area to avoid getting wet from the rain
